1. About Us

Corbett Queen Safari is a privately-owned wildlife tourism company based in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand, India. We arrange jeep safaris, canter safaris, forest night stays, resort bookings, and tour packages at Jim Corbett National Park.

By making a booking or inquiry with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Services Offered

We offer the following services as a private tour operator:

• Private Jeep Safari — Exclusive 6-seater open jeep for your group through any of the 7 safari zones at Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve.
• Canter Safari — Shared 16-seat open canter through Dhikala zone.
• Forest Night Stay — Accommodation inside the Tiger Reserve at Dhikala, Bijrani, or Phanto zones (subject to availability from CTR authorities).
• Resort Booking — Arrangement of 3-star to 5-star resort stays near Corbett National Park.
• Tour Packages — Combined packages including stay, meals, safari, and activities.

All safari and night stay bookings are subject to availability and approval by the Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve (CTR) authorities. We act as a facilitator and cannot guarantee availability.

3. Booking Process

• Step 1: Contact us via phone or WhatsApp at +91 74540 93132 to check availability for your preferred date, zone, and safari type.
• Step 2: Share valid ID proof (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID) for all guests travelling in the safari vehicle.
• Step 3: Pay a 50% advance to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is payable at check-in or at the boarding point.
• Step 4: Share a screenshot of your payment to our WhatsApp number. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and ID documents.

Bookings are confirmed subject to availability at the time of payment. Confirmation is typically sent on the same day during business hours (7 AM – 8 PM IST).

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices quoted are per jeep (for private jeep safaris) or per person (for canter safaris), as clearly stated at the time of booking.

• Jeep Safari (Indian National): ₹7,500 per jeep — maximum 6 adults + 2 children (aged 5–12)
• Jeep Safari (Foreign National): ₹13,000 per jeep
• Canter Safari (Indian National): ₹2,500 per person

Inclusions: Safari vehicle, driver, and all zone entry fees. Guide fee is payable directly by the guest at the forest gate and is not included in our price.

Exclusions: Guide fee, meals, personal expenses, transport to the boarding point.

All prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at any time: 100% of the amount paid is forfeited (no refund).
• Rescheduling: Not permitted after payment is made.
• No-shows: Treated as a cancellation with no refund.

All safari and night stay reservations inside the Tiger Reserve are provisional and may be changed, reallocated, or cancelled by the Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve (CTR) authorities without prior notice. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or zone, but cannot guarantee a refund of the CTR entry fees already remitted.

Resort bookings are subject to the individual resort's cancellation policy, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

6. Wildlife Sighting Disclaimer

No refund or compensation will be provided in the event that wildlife is not spotted during a safari. By making a booking, you accept that wildlife sightings are not guaranteed and are not part of the service contract.

7. Rules Inside Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve

All visitors must comply with the rules and regulations of Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve as governed by the Wildlife Protection Act of India. Key rules include:

• No firearms, pets, or alcohol inside the reserve.
• No walking, trekking, or leaving the designated vehicle.
• No noise, littering, or feeding of animals.
• No driving after sunset inside the reserve.
• An officially licensed guide is compulsory for all excursions.
• Private vehicles are not permitted inside safari zones.

Violations of park rules may result in expulsion from the reserve without refund.

8. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must arrive at the boarding point at the time specified at booking. Late arrivals will not be entitled to a refund.
• All guests must carry valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID) as submitted at the time of booking. Mismatched or missing ID may result in denial of entry by park authorities.
• Guests are responsible for their own transport to and from the boarding point (Dhangadi Gate / Ramnagar).
• Guests must follow all instructions of the driver and guide inside the reserve.

9. Limitation of Liability

Corbett Queen Safari acts as a facilitator between guests and the Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve authorities and accommodation providers. We are not liable for:

• Cancellations or changes made by CTR authorities.
• Delays, accidents, or incidents inside the Tiger Reserve.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during a safari or stay.
• Any health or safety incidents inside the reserve.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.).

Entry into Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve is at the visitor's own risk. Corbett Queen Safari's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your booking.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from bookings made with Corbett Queen Safari shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nainital, Uttarakhand, India.
